Essential Matrimonial Disclaimers — Please Read Carefully
- No Guarantee of Marriage (Nikah): Muslim Shaadi Point is an introductory matchmaking bureau. Membership grants database access and counseling assistance; it does NOT guarantee a 100% confirmed marriage or rishta within any specific time duration.
- Zero Post-Marriage Liability: If a marriage (Nikah) takes place between two parties introduced through our platform, Muslim Shaadi Point holds zero legal, civil, or personal responsibility for any subsequent marital disputes, discord, separation, divorce, or legal claims.
- Mandatory Independent Family Verification (Tehqeeq): Both families (Bride and Groom) are legally and socially required to conduct their own independent verification of candidate character, family background, financial claims, and legal status prior to finalizing Nikah.
- Zero-Tolerance for False Information (Cancellation & Forfeiture): Candidates and Walis must provide 100% truthful biodata. If any information (age, marital status, education, job, income, or family details) is found false, fabricated, or misleading, Muslim Shaadi Point reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the membership, ban the profile, and forfeit all fees with ZERO REFUND.
- Non-Refundable Fee: All membership charges are strictly non-refundable and cover platform access, verified directory maintenance, and administrative counselor assistance.
1. Nature of Platform & Scope of Service
Muslim Shaadi Point (muslimshaadipoint.com) operates as an authentic, family-oriented Islamic matchmaking bureau established to assist practicing Muslim candidates and their respected Walis (parents/guardians) in finding suitable life partners within the bounds of Islamic Shari'ah.
Our role is limited strictly to facilitating introductions, maintaining a Wali-verified matrimonial directory, safeguarding Purdah privacy, and providing counseling support. We do not act as marriage certifiers, legal guarantors, or relationship arbitrators.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of Marriage Guarantee
Under Islamic doctrine, solemnization of Nikah is determined by divine decree (Qadr) and the mutual, uncoerced consent of the prospective bride, groom, and their respective Walis.
Therefore, neither registration nor payment for any membership package (Silver, Gold Royal, Diamond VIP, or any assisted plan) guarantees that a candidate will receive a confirmed marriage proposal or solemnize Nikah within the membership period or at any point in the future.
The fee paid is exclusively consideration for platform infrastructure, verified directory search rights, counselor coordination time, and communication assistance.
3. Complete Limitation of Liability & Post-Marriage Release
By using our platform or subscribing to any membership plan, you explicitly agree that Muslim Shaadi Point, its proprietors, directors, matchmakers, senior counselors, and affiliates are completely released from all civil, criminal, financial, and personal liability arising from any interaction, engagement, or marriage resulting from introductions made through this platform.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Muslim Shaadi Point shall bear NO responsibility or liability in respect of:
- Any post-marital disputes, domestic discord, incompatibility, or estrangement.
- Divorce, Talaaq, Khula, legal separation, or annulment of marriage.
- Any allegations, litigation, or FIRs relating to dowry, domestic violence (e.g. IPC Section 498A or modern equivalents), or maintenance claims.
- Any misrepresentation, falsehood, or concealment of personal habits, medical history, mental health, or moral character by either party.
- Any financial transactions, gifts, loans, or transfers executed between the families.
4. Mandatory Independent Verification (Tehqeeq) by Families
Muslim Shaadi Point performs preliminary identity and phone checks with candidate Walis prior to approving profiles. However, we do not perform forensic investigations, criminal record searches, or private detective audits.
It is the sole and non-delegable responsibility of both parties and their elders to independently verify:
5. Zero-Tolerance for False Information & Right to Immediate Cancellation
Honesty, transparency, and truthfulness (Sidq) are foundational tenets of Islamic matrimony. Every candidate and their Wali represents and warrants that all personal details, documents, and credentials submitted during registration or counseling are 100% authentic, accurate, and up to date.
If any user, candidate, or guardian is found to have provided false, fabricated, forged, or misleading information—including but not limited to inaccurate age, concealed previous marriage/divorce, fake educational degrees, fictitious employment or income claims, fake photos, or impersonated Wali details—Muslim Shaadi Point reserves the absolute and unreserved right to immediately terminate the membership, ban the candidate from the platform, and permanently blacklist the profile without prior notice.
In all such cases of misinformation or bad faith, any and all membership fees paid shall be completely forfeited with ZERO REFUND. Muslim Shaadi Point also reserves the right to report deliberate fraud or criminal impersonation to law enforcement authorities.
6. Membership Fees & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Membership packages (Silver, Gold Royal, Diamond VIP) are time-bound service contracts. Since services, verified contacts, and counselor hours are consumed immediately upon subscription activation, all membership fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
No full or partial refund will be provided if:
- You fail to find an agreeable match within the membership period.
- A candidate decides to withdraw their profile or marries outside the platform.
- You disagree with proposals recommended by counselors.
- You do not exhaust your allocated contact credits.
7. Digital Consent & Legal Validity
When subscribing to any membership plan on Muslim Shaadi Point, clients must provide digital consent by checking the mandatory acknowledgment checkboxes and submitting their signatory details.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act and applicable Indian contract laws, this electronic record constitutes an enforceable and legally binding agreement. Electronic records and WhatsApp communication logs maintained by Muslim Shaadi Point shall serve as conclusive evidence of your agreement.
